What this policy covers

This policy describes the current N Studio service, also known as EmoVoice MM. N Studio creates narration and other media from content you supply, helps you edit audio and video, and offers an optional export to your Google Drive.

Information we access and store

• Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, verified email address and display name. We use these to create your N Studio account, identify your saved work and keep accounts separate. Your Google password is not sent to N Studio.
• Your creative work: text, prompts, PDFs, images, recordings, voice samples, video, generated results, project settings and related file information that you submit or save. Depending on the feature, these are stored in your browser or in N Studio’s hosted database and file storage.
• Connections: API credentials you choose to save for supported services are stored encrypted on the server. N Studio uses them to perform the requested operations with those services.
• Service information: session identifiers, job status and technical error information needed to operate the app. Hosting and service providers may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect their services.

Google Drive access

Drive is optional and requires a separate Google permission step. N Studio requests the drive.file permission, together with account identity permissions. This limits file access to files created by this app or specifically made available to it; it does not grant access to all files in your Drive.

The current export feature creates or locates the app’s N Studio Exports folder and uploads the video you choose to export. It uses file and folder identifiers, names, file sizes, MIME types, upload progress and the resulting Drive link to complete and verify the upload. We also check Drive storage quota and confirm that the connected Google account is the same account signed in to N Studio.

The exported video uploads from your browser directly to Google Drive. This export step does not add a second copy of the finished video to N Studio’s server. Source media and project data already saved in N Studio are separate from that Drive copy.

Your Drive access token is kept in memory in the open page and is sent to N Studio’s server temporarily to verify the account and Drive access. The app does not persist this token in its database, cookies or browser storage, and does not log it. N Studio does not request a Drive refresh token. Reopening the page or expiration of the token requires connecting again.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide the features you request, maintain saved work, authenticate access, troubleshoot failures and protect the service. Content required for an AI task is sent to the provider selected or configured for that task. Depending on the feature, providers may include Google/Gemini/Vertex AI, OpenAI or OpenRouter, CAMB.AI, fal.ai, Protoface or FairStack. Search terms may be sent to media search services such as Pexels. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their processing.

N Studio’s hosting and storage services process saved data to operate the app. If you use a connected assistant or an app handoff job, the task and the media made available for that job are processed by that connected service. Drive account data and unrelated Drive files are not supplied to AI providers by the Drive export feature.

N Studio does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, profiling or training general-purpose AI models. Google data is used to provide the account and Drive features you request. Any other disclosure must be directed by you, necessary to operate or protect the service, or required by law.

Google API data is handled according to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Browser storage and security

N Studio uses session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for local recordings, preferences, drafts or temporary export data where needed. Exporting directly to Drive avoids a manual download, but rendering can still use temporary storage on your device. These app storage features are used to provide the service, not to track you for advertising.

The app uses HTTPS in production, server-side account checks and encrypted storage for saved provider credentials. These measures reduce risk; no online service or device can guarantee complete security.

Retention, disconnecting and deletion

Saved account and project data do not have a fixed automatic deletion period. They are retained to make your saved work available until removed through available app controls or a deletion request. Operational records may also be retained where needed for security or applicable legal requirements.

• Disconnect Drive: the Disconnect control clears this page’s Drive session. It does not revoke the permission in your Google account and does not delete any exported files.
• Revoke Google access: use the third-party connections settings in your Google account to remove N Studio’s access. Revocation does not itself delete your N Studio account or stored projects.
• Delete a Drive export: manage or delete the file directly in Google Drive. Removing N Studio data does not remove your Drive copies.
• Delete N Studio data: use the delete controls provided for the relevant item. For account deletion or data without a delete control, email the contact below from the account concerned and identify what you want removed. We may verify ownership before acting. Never send passwords, access tokens or API keys.
• Local data: browser settings can remove data stored on that device. Clearing local storage does not delete hosted projects or Drive copies.

Updates

When the service’s data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new date. Additional consent will be requested where a new Google permission is needed.
