Using N Studio

N Studio, also known as EmoVoice MM, provides tools for narration, voice transformation, image and video workflows, editing and export. These terms govern your use of the service. Use N Studio only if you can legally agree to these terms, or with the authorization and supervision required by applicable law.

Your account and connections

Use an account you are authorized to access and keep your credentials secure. N Studio’s Google Drive connection must use the same Google account as your N Studio sign-in. You control whether to connect Drive and which export to save. You may disconnect the page session or revoke the app’s Google access in your Google account settings.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit N Studio and the service providers needed for your chosen task to process, transmit and store that content to provide the requested features. N Studio does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for text, images, video and voice samples you provide. Only clone or transform a person’s voice with the authorization required for that use. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful content or infringement of someone else’s rights. Do not attempt to access another user’s work or interfere with the service.

AI results and publishing

AI output can contain errors and can differ from your instructions. Check the wording, pronunciation, visual content, timing and rights before sharing or publishing. Availability of generated content does not establish copyright ownership, exclusivity or permission to use a third party’s likeness or work. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for the rules of the destination platform.

The creation, solicitation or distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited, including AI-generated images or video. Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is prohibited. These restrictions apply to all N Studio features and connected providers.

External services and charges

Features that call external AI or media services depend on the connected provider’s availability, quotas, terms and charges. Provider charges may apply to each generation or processing request, including retries, depending on that provider’s rules. External pricing can change. Review the selected service and any displayed cost information before starting a paid task; questions about charges from a provider should be directed to that provider.

Google Drive exports use your Google account’s storage. Google’s own terms, storage limits and sharing settings apply to the exported files.

Saved work and service availability

Keep a copy of work that is important to you. Browser storage can be cleared, interrupted exports may need to resume or restart, and external services can be unavailable. A Drive export is complete only when the app confirms that it has saved successfully. Disconnecting or signing out does not delete a saved Drive file.

N Studio does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output or permanent storage. Features may change as the service develops. Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, security problems or legal requirements. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Privacy and ending use

The Privacy Policy explains the app’s use of personal data, Google permissions and storage. You may stop using N Studio at any time. To request deletion of your account or stored data, use the contact below. Google access revocation, N Studio data deletion and deletion of your Drive files are separate actions.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be published on this page with a new date. Changes do not replace any consent that is required for new permissions or new charges.
